• Create and maintain a cohesive messaging architecture tailored for all key customer segments, including neurologists, speech-language pathologists, stroke coordinators, neurocritical care intensivists, hospital administrators, and payers.
• Guarantee consistency and clarity in both internal and external communications across all commercial interactions.
• Convert complex clinical data (RCT outcomes, guideline recommendations, healthcare economic outcomes) into engaging and accessible commercial narratives.
• Direct brand positioning strategy and ensure all materials are reflective of the Phagenesis brand identity.
• Design and implement multi-channel demand generation programs aimed at acute care hospitals, comprehensive stroke centers, and neurology/critical care services to cultivate a qualified pipeline of prospective Phagenyx sites.
• Develop and manage digital and field-integrated campaigns that leverage clinical evidence, guideline adoption, and health economic data to increase awareness and inbound interest.
• Create segmentation models and target account frameworks that allow the field to efficiently prioritize and penetrate high-value accounts.

• Build and sustain a collection of objection-handling tools, economic value calculators, ROI models, and payer/reimbursement resources that alleviate friction at every stage of the deal cycle.
• Work with Therapy Development Specialists to pinpoint pipeline bottlenecks and devise targeted interventions — whether clinical education, administrative alignment tools, or materials for C-suite business cases.
• Oversee the creation of account-level business case frameworks that address the dysphagia cost burden, NTAP reimbursement, and hospital-specific ROI.
• Assist in proposal development, contract pathways, and formulary/approval processes in collaboration with the field team.
• Develop and maintain a top-tier suite of implementation and onboarding resources that support rapid, high-quality site activation, including program initiation, clinical training materials, patient selection tools, and ongoing program optimization content.
• Manage the commercial content that supports each phase of Phagenesis’s site integration model, ensuring that clinical teams, administrators, and champions are equipped to establish sustainable Phagenyx programs.
• Collaborate with clinical/medical affairs to develop evidence-based patient selection frameworks, protocols, and outcome tracking materials.
• Create resources that facilitate multi-service integration (neurology, stroke, critical care, rehabilitation) and promote the expansion of Phagenyx use within existing accounts.
• Develop quarterly business review frameworks and outcome reporting tools to help sites demonstrate program impact and support internal champions.
• Maintain a premier library of sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, clinical evidence summaries, competitive differentiation resources, and customer-facing materials.
• Lead the development of congress strategy, peer-to-peer programs, webinar content, and other commercial education events.
• Provide ongoing support to the Therapy Development Specialist team through field ride-alongs, content updates, and real-time competitive intelligence.
• Establish KOL relationships and advisory board programming in partnership with Medical Affairs.
• Manage the marketing calendar to ensure alignment between commercial programs and key commercial events (guideline launches, congress cycles, product milestones).
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Global Marketing and broader commercial leadership, offering market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations that inform growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Medical/Clinical Affairs to ensure that commercial programs are evidence-driven, compliant, and integrated with medical education initiatives.
• Keep track of the competitive landscape and maintain an up-to-date competitive intelligence framework; formulate response strategies as necessary.
• Manage the marketing budget diligently and with accountability; monitor expenditures against outcomes and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure that all marketing materials comply with FDA regulations, legal requirements, and company quality systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced business degree is highly preferred.
• More than 10 years of progressive marketing experience in the medical device sector with significant downstream/commercial marketing responsibilities.
• Proven success in demand generation, lead conversion, and pipeline acceleration within a direct sales model.
