📋 Description

• Take charge of customer acquisition through paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and product-led channels.

• Create and implement a growth marketing strategy aimed at achieving efficient and quantifiable revenue growth.

• Develop repeatable processes for generating pipelines and acquiring self-serve users.

• Enhance conversion rates throughout the complete customer journey, from visitor to activated user to paying client.

• Set up experimentation frameworks to continuously boost performance.

• Propel marketing-generated pipeline and revenue growth.

• Oversee and optimize paid acquisition initiatives across relevant channels.

• Expand SEO, content, lifecycle, and conversion rate optimization efforts.

• Create attribution and reporting frameworks that link marketing actions to revenue results.

• Identify and prioritize the most impactful growth opportunities throughout the funnel.

• Collaborate closely with Product teams to enhance onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.

• Utilize behavioral data and customer insights to spot growth opportunities.

• Design and implement experiments that boost product engagement and adoption.

• Help craft messaging that effectively conveys Mixmax's value to SMB revenue teams.

• Refine Mixmax's positioning in the AI-driven productivity and revenue technology space.

• Develop messaging that distinguishes Mixmax in a competitive market.

• Support product launches, feature adoption, and sales enablement initiatives.

• Create engaging narratives about how modern revenue teams utilize AI.

• Lead and mentor a small, skilled marketing team.

• Establish accountability for growth metrics and business outcomes.

• Balance strategic thinking with execution, stepping in as an individual contributor when necessary.

• Assist in identifying future hiring needs and thoughtfully scaling the function as the company expands.

• Cultivate a culture of experimentation, speed, ownership, and continuous learning.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in driving growth and demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.

• You have a solid grasp of performance marketing, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition channels.

• You have taken ownership of measurable growth metrics including pipeline, activation, revenue, CAC efficiency, conversion rates, or customer acquisition.

• You are highly analytical and adept at working with funnel data, attribution, experimentation, and reporting.

• You excel at prioritizing effectively and focusing on high-impact opportunities.

• You enjoy getting hands-on and executing tasks rather than solely managing.

• You are comfortable working in a lean environment where resources may be limited but the impact is significant.

• You can effectively partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• You have experience mentoring others and leading through influence, regardless of whether you've managed a large team.

• You thrive in startup environments and are eager to take ownership of outcomes.
