This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and develop Ceresti's marketing function as we embark on our next phase of rapid growth.
• Advocate for Ceresti's brand voice, visual identity, and its distinctive position as the evidence-based operating partner in dementia management.
• Establish and manage the B2B demand generation engine targeting MA plans, ACOs, and Med Supp carriers.
• Enhance our digital presence, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics framework.
• Lead the editorial calendar on LinkedIn and drive executive thought leadership initiatives.
• Refine the sales collateral, messaging, case studies, and competitive insights for our sales teams.
• Contribute to the marketing strategy for our direct-to-consumer digital marketing efforts — focusing on caregiver acquisition and family-oriented branding.
• Oversee our participation at key conferences and spearhead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
• Recruit, nurture, and lead the marketing team as we expand.
• A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level position.
• Experience in healthcare is essential — preferably in Medicare, value-based care, payer-facing B2B, or digital health.
• Proven proficiency in digital marketing — including marketing automation (HubSpot expertise is a must), SEO/AEO, paid media, attribution, lifecycle marketing, and web analytics.
• A demonstrated history of creating measurable pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B setting, with additional credit for B2B2C experience.
• Startup mentality — you have experience in environments where the playbook was being created in real-time.
• A true creative flair — you can craft headlines, conceptualize campaigns, and guide designers.
• Strategic insight and tactical expertise — you can formulate the annual marketing plan and launch a webinar landing page within the same week.
• Strong executive presence and persuasive writing skills — you will engage with our board, customers, and partners.
