This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of B2B Growth and Pipeline Generation.
• Develop and lead Ampa’s B2B marketing strategy with a focus on acquiring clinics and adopting providers.
• Manage the pipeline sourced from marketing efforts.
• Create and enhance multi-channel lead generation and nurturing campaigns utilizing LinkedIn, paid media, outbound marketing, email, webinars, conferences, and partnerships.
• Design scalable nurturing and lifecycle programs that transform awareness into qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to enhance funnel conversion, lead quality, attribution, and overall revenue outcomes.
• Oversee Brand, PR, and Market Communications.
• Lead Ampa’s strategy for PR, communications, and market positioning.
• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives that position Ampa as a leader in neurotechnology and mental health treatment.
• Produce press releases, executive communications, announcements, provider-facing messaging, and customer stories.
• Manage social media and digital presence to ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling and market visibility.
• Formulate strategies to enhance visibility on AI and LLM-driven discovery platforms.
• Take charge of Conferences and Field Marketing.
• Direct Ampa’s conference and event strategy for clinical, healthcare, and industry events.
• Create high-ROI conference programs that generate pipeline and strengthen strategic relationships with measurable results.
• Oversee pre-event outreach, onsite activation, and post-event conversion workflows.
• Identify speaking opportunities, partnerships, and industry collaborations that enhance credibility and awareness.
• Build the Marketing Organization.
• Lay the groundwork for Ampa’s long-term marketing function, infrastructure, and processes.
• Initially implement strategies across growth marketing, marcomm, conferences, social media, lifecycle/email marketing, and content.
• Gradually recruit and lead a high-performing marketing team across these areas.
• Develop reporting systems, KPIs, and dashboards to assess growth efficiency and campaign performance.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation leadership.
• Demonstrated and measurable success in driving revenue growth within medical device, healthtech, SaaS, or healthcare technology sectors.
• Strong background in marketing towards clinics, physician groups, provider organizations, or healthcare enterprises.
• Proven ability to lead strategy and execute hands-on in fast-paced startup environments.
• Expertise across demand generation, PR, marcomm, conferences/events, digital marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong operational skills with in-depth knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored to executive, clinical, and commercial audiences.
• Experience in building and scaling marketing teams is highly preferred.
