This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance client-facing marketing materials across all five business units, including capability presentations, one-pagers, and leave-behinds customized for specific buyer roles such as claims leadership, CFOs, and underwriting.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and leaders of business units to create innovative ideas and strategies for how ARMStrong showcases its services in the market.
• Develop and manage a repository of prospect dossiers and meeting preparation tools to provide sales representatives with personalized conversation starters and competitive insights prior to prospect meetings.
• Work alongside sales leadership to identify and minimize administrative tasks for representatives, allowing for more focus on prospect engagement and cross-selling activities.
• Contribute to the cross-selling strategy by creating materials and tracking tools that assist representatives in recognizing and pursuing multi-business unit opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Oversee and enhance the brand identity, messaging, and visual standards for ARMStrong and each of its five business units, ensuring consistency and distinction across all platforms.
• Establish clear and persuasive positioning for each business unit that resonates with P&C company buyers and sets ARMStrong apart from its competitors.
• Lead the formulation of ARMStrong's AI positioning and messaging strategy, aiding the company in clearly and credibly conveying its AI capabilities to the market.
• Ensure that all sales materials, website content, and external communications present a coherent and current perspective on how ARMStrong utilizes AI to achieve better outcomes for P&C companies.
• Manage and continuously improve the websites for ARMStrong and each business unit, collaborating with agency partners to effectively communicate value propositions, highlight the company's scale and credibility, and foster inbound interest.
• Develop and implement an SEO strategy to boost organic visibility for relevant P&C insurance search terms and buyer intent signals.
• Oversee content strategy, including case studies and white papers that support business development and reinforce ARMStrong's authority in the market.
• Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and business unit leaders to refine and execute go-to-market plans for ARMStrong's services, with a particular emphasis on cross-selling strategies across the five business units.
• Create and maintain cross-sell tracking and reporting tools that provide leadership with insights into pipeline activity, conversion rates, and opportunities across business units.
• Manage the conference and event strategy, including coordination of ARMStrong's presence, pre- and post-event sales enablement materials, and follow-up outreach to maximize returns from each event.
• Monitor competitive actions and market trends across relevant insurance services sectors, translating insights into actionable updates for positioning.
• 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or director-level position.
• B2B marketing expertise is the primary qualification required.
• Experience within the P&C insurance industry, whether at a carrier, broker, insurtech, or other insurance services company, is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven capability to function as a player-coach: adept at developing strategy and executing it directly, without depending on a large internal team.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex service offerings into clear, compelling narratives for buyers in the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and refining positioning and messaging, including experience in assisting a company in articulating a technology or AI-related value proposition.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and contemporary marketing tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing productivity and output, including content creation, research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
• A keen interest in staying updated on how AI is transforming marketing execution is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
