Director of M&A – Corporate Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement the company's growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate initiatives.

• Oversee the entire M&A cycle, from developing the thesis to negotiating deals.

• Establish an internal M&A execution team and implement best practices.

• Formulate comprehensive business plans for significant non-acquisition investments.

• Partner with senior leadership on transformation projects and initiatives focused on operational excellence.

• Strong analytical expertise in identifying and assessing acquisition opportunities.

• Competence in effectively managing the M&A cycle.

• Experience in processes related to post-merger integration.
