• Take charge of and oversee the integrated marketing campaign calendar, ensuring all channels – email, social media, paid advertising, in-property communications, and public relations – are aligned around a cohesive narrative.
• Create campaign briefs that guide the process from strategy to execution, collaborating with channel leaders and Regional Marketing Directors to guarantee timely and brand-consistent delivery.
• Establish and manage the campaign intake process, providing internal stakeholders with a clear pathway to request, track, and review marketing assistance.
• Monitor campaign performance across various channels, delivering regular recaps that include insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of our CRM in Revinate, focusing on segmentation strategies, audience architecture, and automation workflows.
• Define and oversee the guest communication roadmap, which includes pre-arrival sequences, in-stay messaging, and post-stay re-engagement as well as loyalty campaigns.
• Design and manage the complete guest lifecycle – from acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention – ensuring intentional messaging is delivered at every stage.
• Act as a primary writer for marketing campaigns, crafting email content, landing pages, and promotional materials – producing polished, brand-aligned content efficiently and with expertise.
• Collaborate with the wider team to maintain adherence to brand voice guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years concentrated on campaign management, email marketing, or CRM, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or consumer brand sectors.
• Required hands-on experience with Revinate as a CRM and email marketing platform.
• An outstanding writer, capable of drafting clear and engaging copy rapidly, with a strong sense of pride in every word published.
• Proven ability to own and manage an integrated marketing calendar across various channels and stakeholders, particularly using Asana.
• Strong project management skills – adept at creating order from complexity, meeting deadlines, and communicating proactively when timelines change.
