This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey.
• Convert business goals into lifecycle initiatives that yield measurable results (e.g., member retention, customer lifetime value, and recurring revenue).
• Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, push, SMS), utilizing Braze and agency partners as necessary.
• Promote a culture of experimentation by leading extensive A/B and multivariate testing to optimize communications and accelerate learning.
• Utilize proprietary and third-party data to spot customer trends, segment audiences, and deliver tailored, high-impact campaigns.
• Assess performance metrics to continually enhance strategy and outcomes, providing regular reports on campaign performance with actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, CRM best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Creative, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure lifecycle programs are cohesive and focused on the customer experience.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring accountability for deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, demonstrating a proven ability to drive measurable growth through multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency with customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and a solid understanding of marketing automation best practices.
• Highly analytical and strategic thinker, skilled in using data analysis tools to query, analyze, and convert insights into clear, actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally alongside Product, Data, and Creative teams.
• Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with meticulous, flawless execution.
