📋 Description

• Lead and manage all IT Operations, encompassing systems administration, infrastructure, and support functions.

• Define and implement IT strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and operational requirements.

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of core systems and infrastructure.

• Oversee user access management, identity systems, and security controls throughout the organization.

• Drive IT security initiatives, which include policies, access reviews, and compliance efforts.

• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology investments effectively.

• Supervise onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access and device management.

• Develop and uphold IT policies, documentation, and operational workflows.

• Collaborate across functions to assess, implement, and enhance business systems and tools.

• Lead system integrations and ensure efficient data flow between platforms.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Build, lead, and cultivate the IT Operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure roles.

• Strong expertise in managing SaaS environments, systems integrations, and IT infrastructure.

• Profound understanding of IT security principles, access management, and compliance practices.

• Experience in managing IT vendors and external service providers.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
