This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Formulate and implement Radformation's strategy for international growth, encompassing market prioritization, channel strategy, workforce planning, budget and resource distribution, pricing and packaging, and expansion initiatives.
⢠Lead and further develop Radformationās international sales team, concentrating on the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
⢠Manage international bookings, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and performance against the annual operating plan.
⢠Mentor, guide, and enhance the capabilities of international sales leaders and team members to foster performance and growth.
⢠Cultivate relationships with clinics and essential stakeholders to broaden Radformationās global software user base.
⢠Continue to develop and fortify our international distribution network.
⢠Support the global distributor and channel partner strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, performance management, and contract negotiations.
⢠Act as the main liaison between International Sales, Marketing, Success, Support, and Product teams.
⢠Manage global regulatory submission prioritization and coordination with the Regulatory Affairs team.
⢠Collect product feedback, competitive intelligence, and clinical insights from all regions to inform the product roadmap.
⢠Create global product messaging, value propositions, playbooks, and core processes that can be tailored for regional markets.
⢠Lead and assist clinical evidence and key opinion leader initiatives with strategic sites and partners to bolster growth and adoption.
⢠Engage in the presentation of Radformation software through trade shows, onsite demonstrations, webinars, and remote screen shares.
⢠Over 7 years of sales leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, medical technology, or SaaS sectors.
⢠More than 5 years of experience in radiation oncology sales.
⢠Proven track record in establishing and scaling international sales organizations.
⢠Strong history of driving revenue growth and expanding into global markets.
⢠Experience in developing and managing channel partnerships.
⢠Knowledge of regional regulatory, reimbursement, and market access factors that affect commercial strategy and market expansion.
⢠Demonstrated success in managing ARR-driven sales organizations and achieving predictable revenue growth through direct and channel sales models.
⢠Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30ā50% to support customers, partners, conferences, and team development.
