Director of Intake – Personal Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct, manage, and mentor the Intake Department, which includes Intake Managers and Intake Specialists.

• Supervise daily intake operations to guarantee timely follow-up and outstanding client service.

• Create, implement, and enhance intake workflows, SOPs, and best practices.

• Track KPIs, conversion rates, response times, and team performance.

• Conduct coaching sessions, performance assessments, and continuous staff development.

• Review intake calls and offer feedback to enhance client interactions and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to devise strategies that foster firm growth.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance within the firm's case management system.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and execute scalable solutions.

• Partner with recruiting and training teams to attract, onboard, and nurture top intake talent.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in U.S. personal injury law.

• More than 3 years of leadership experience overseeing a personal injury intake team.

• Extensive experience in personal injury intake is essential.

• Demonstrated capability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams.

• Strong knowledge of personal injury case qualification and intake best practices.

• Familiarity with case management software and reporting tools.

• Data-oriented with experience in managing KPIs and performance metrics.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage.
