This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic instructional partner for multiple school partners and drive enhancements in instruction.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from the planning stage to execution.

• Function as the primary liaison for school and system leaders.

• Lead the diagnosis and planning of instructional strategies and provide coaching for school and system leaders.

• Assist system-level leaders in ensuring coherence, role clarity, and instructional strategies across various schools.

• Manage relationships and strategize contract renewals with partners.

• Coordinate multiple content specialists to offer training and support specific to content and curriculum.

• Evaluate systemic conditions and instructional practices in English Language Arts (ELA) and mathematics.

• Develop actionable improvement plans and facilitate strategic planning processes.

• Enhance leaders’ capabilities in change management and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate adult learning experiences and provide coaching to leaders.

• Oversee multiple school system contracts, deliverables, project plans, and monitor progress.

• Coordinate services from content specialists and offer feedback and development support.

• Lead contract renewals and maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Align team strategies with the organizational vision while fostering team culture and well-being.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience as a leader at the school system or building level.

• Expertise in diagnosing instructional needs across ELA and mathematics.

• Proficient in analyzing professional learning conditions and developing actionable improvement plans.

• Mastery in enhancing instructional leadership among both system and school-level leaders.

• Capable of establishing clear role expectations and fostering sustainable system-wide professional learning conditions.

• Skilled in managing complex, multi-system contracts, deliverables, progress monitoring, and renewal strategies.

• Ability to coordinate several Content Specialists across multiple school system partners.

• Advanced skills in cultivating and maintaining strategic advisory relationships with senior leaders in school systems.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% nationally.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
