This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive enterprise infrastructure strategy that aligns with corporate goals, operational needs, and long-term growth objectives.
• Spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of corporate infrastructure services, such as networks, servers, storage, cloud solutions, identity services, and workplace technology platforms.
• Ensure that infrastructure services meet standards of availability, performance, security, scalability, and quality of service.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, policies, and operational procedures for infrastructure architecture, service delivery, change management, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with business leaders, finance, cybersecurity, application teams, procurement, and compliance stakeholders to prioritize projects effectively.
• Oversee programs for disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and operational resilience.
• Manage budgets related to infrastructure, capital planning, operating expenses, asset lifecycle decisions, and vendor agreements.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure leaders, engineers, administrators, and service providers.
• Propel modernization initiatives through automation, standardization, monitoring, and process enhancements.
• Track service levels, operational metrics, and infrastructure health, providing reports to executive management.
• Assess emerging technologies and suggest solutions for enhancing business capabilities, resilience, governance, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure that infrastructure practices adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, data protection standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, enterprise systems, network operations, cloud operations, or similar IT functions.
• Significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record in managing infrastructure operations within a mid-sized or large corporate setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise networking, computing, storage, cloud and hybrid platforms, identity and access management, endpoint infrastructure, and security controls.
• Experience in developing governance models, service standards, operational processes, and performance metrics for enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, vendor relationships, managed service providers, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and leadership.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field or MBA.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNP, AWS, Azure, or similar credentials.
• Preferred: Experience with mergers, acquisitions, office expansions, infrastructure consolidations, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience in publicly traded, multi-site, or highly regulated corporate environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with IT service management, audit readiness, risk management, and corporate compliance frameworks.
