This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the People & Culture function.
• Design, manage, and enhance the HR operations infrastructure encompassing compensation, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Develop compensation frameworks that align with the enterprise's pay philosophy.
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Oversee HRIS administration and workforce data to facilitate organizational decision-making.
• Assess HR technology and reporting systems for operational analytics.
• Supervise facilities operations, including the transition of office footprint and vendor relations.
• Lead and cultivate the HR operations team members.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in HR operations, compensation, compliance, or leadership in people operations.
• A minimum of seven years managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management within a multi-project environment.
