Director of Healthcare Recovery Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in client governance meetings and conduct operational reviews.

• Support client communications and follow-up actions.

• Aid in the preparation of client presentations and reporting documentation.

• Cultivate an understanding of client-specific workflows and operational needs.

• Assist in managing client escalations and service-related issues.

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare recovery programs.

• Track performance trends, recovery outcomes, and operational metrics.

• Contribute to operational planning and resource distribution.

• Take part in process improvement projects and special assignments.

• Support executive leadership in executing new client initiatives.

• Aid in the onboarding of new recovery programs and business ventures.

• Engage in strategic planning discussions as business acumen grows.

• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance operations.

• Build expertise in healthcare overpayment recovery techniques.

• Understand payer/provider dynamics and client-specific operational procedures.

• Gradually take on more responsibility for client relationships and governance activities.

• Move towards broader leadership roles based on proven performance and business expertise.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Insurance, Revenue Cycle Management, or a related discipline.

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, insurance operations, revenue cycle management, payment integrity, or a similar field.

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in managing operational performance and business initiatives.
