This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the UK acquisition strategy throughout the entire funnel, ensuring optimal efficiency and achievement of commercial objectives.
• Direct the UK strategy focusing on conversion-driven creative and oversee the partnership with our external creative agency.
• Manage the UK DTC new customer forecasting and the allocation of the monthly performance budget.
• Discover and expand new local channels and partnerships to foster incremental growth.
• Leverage BI tools and data science insights to develop a comprehensive understanding of channel effectiveness and incrementality.
• Establish and communicate clear monthly and quarterly acquisition and efficiency goals for the UK market.
• Create and implement the roadmap for UK-specific growth initiatives while prioritizing teamwork.
• Act as a liaison between the UK Brand team and the Global Growth team, ensuring local requirements are adequately addressed.
• Adjust budget and strategy based on real-time performance metrics to enhance incremental customer growth.
