📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Live365’s growth marketing strategy encompassing organic, paid, and owned channels.

• Discover opportunities to boost qualified traffic, free trials, paid subscriptions, and customer conversion rates.

• Develop and oversee a pragmatic growth roadmap aimed at delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution across various campaigns, content, paid media, reporting, and website enhancements.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with business objectives, pricing strategies, product launches, and target customer segments.

• Spearhead Live365’s SEO and AI search optimization initiatives.

• Enhance visibility across conventional search engines, AI-driven search, answer engines, and generative AI discovery experiences.

• Manage keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO recommendations, internal linking, search reporting, and continual optimization.

• Assist in the creation of new Live365 web properties, landing pages, content hubs, resource centers, and other search-focused assets.

• Oversee the daily management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

• Work closely with the Head of Sales & Growth to analyze funnel performance.

• Design and test landing pages, forms, calls to action, email campaigns, nurture flows, and conversion paths.

• Contribute to the definition and development of new Live365 site sections, landing pages, microsites, comparison pages, resource centers, and other growth-driven properties.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, acquisition marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, self-service, or recurring-revenue business models.

• Practical experience managing Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword strategy, budget oversight, ad copy testing, landing page alignment, optimization, and reporting.

• Proven experience in testing and optimizing paid acquisition across other platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, or similar channels.

• Strong background in SEO, encompassing keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO principles, search performance reporting, and ongoing optimization.

• Familiarity with AI search optimization techniques, including AEO, GEO, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, answer engines, and generative AI-driven discovery.

• Experience in funnel measurement, attribution, landing page performance, conversion optimization, and campaign reporting.

• Background working with free trial, demo, lead, or self-service conversion funnels.

• Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations, tests, and subsequent steps.

• Strong writing skills for creating ads, landing pages, emails, website copy, SEO content, and campaign messaging.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

• Technical expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setting up custom event tracking, managing third-party pixels, and troubleshooting data-layer issues to ensure accurate full-funnel attribution.

• Demonstrated utilization of AI tools to enhance marketing research, content planning, SEO analysis, campaign testing, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to enhance acquisition, lead quality, conversion, and revenue performance.

• Capability to operate strategically while also engaging in direct execution within a small-team environment.

• A keen interest in audio, internet radio, streaming, media, creator tools, or businesses that cater to niche communities.
