This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of and implement the comprehensive growth strategy, developed in close collaboration with the Brand team, covering awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and referral.
• Work alongside the Brand team to shape the entire consumer journey, ensuring that growth efforts are aligned with brand initiatives.
• Develop and enhance acquisition channels through paid social, search, partnerships, email, and local activation, making sure that all strategies align with brand identity and support brand-building goals.
• Lead performance marketing initiatives focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Design and execute rapid experiments across landing pages, offers, and lifecycle campaigns, collaborating with the brand on creative direction and messaging.
• Create retention and customer relationship management (CRM) programs that foster engagement, encourage repeat usage, and build customer loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with operations, product, sales, and leadership teams to enhance customer experiences and stimulate growth at the site level.
• Manage growth analytics, reporting, attribution, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking to guide decision-making and resource distribution.
• Co-develop (with brand and customer teams) the operational guide for launching new locations and cities, ensuring local growth strategies adhere to brand standards and support retail partnerships.
• Offer strategic insights regarding audience fit, reach, and performance metrics to assist in the brand's influencer selections and creative direction.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• A proven history of driving measurable customer growth in a startup or fast-paced consumer business environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data for quick decision-making.
• Demonstrated capability to enhance performance and brand equity.
• A hands-on attitude with a willingness to personally build, test, launch, and refine initiatives.
• Excellent judgment, a sense of ownership, and the ability to excel in uncertain situations.
• Experience in physical retail, multi-location businesses, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or consumer services is advantageous.
