Director of Group Fitness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Leading and guiding the strategic vision and implementation of the group fitness program.

• Collaborating with leadership, operational colleagues, and Group Fitness Coordinators.

• Creating and executing a thorough group fitness strategy.

• Establishing scalable systems and processes to ensure excellence in group fitness training.

• Acting as the leader for the group fitness experience and innovation initiatives.

• Performing evaluations of group fitness programming.

• Supervising the development and ongoing enhancement of group fitness programs.

• Working with marketing to promote group fitness offerings.

• Analyzing and reporting on essential performance metrics related to participation and satisfaction levels.

• Developing and overseeing the group fitness budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in group fitness or a related field.

• Valid certifications from ACE, AFAA, and NASM.

• Proven success in developing and implementing effective group fitness strategies in a multi-location setting.

• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and influencing individuals at all levels.

• Proficient in data analysis to inform business decisions.

• Willingness to travel frequently to support various locations.

• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Passionate about fitness and dedicated to enhancing the member experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
