This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire lifecycle of government funding opportunities, including RFPs, tenders, grants, and alternative funding submissions.
• Oversee narrative development, cross-functional collaboration, submission processes, and quality assurance.
• Ensure that all submissions meet compliance standards, align with evaluation criteria, and are delivered to a high-quality standard within tight deadlines.
• Serve as the central coordinator among US functions (Clinical, Legal, Finance, Product, Service Operations, Account Management).
• Create and implement a high-quality, repeatable process for procurement submissions.
• Develop and update templates, content libraries, and standardized workflows.
• Define clear win themes and positioning strategies tailored to government buyers.
• Continuously enhance submission quality through post-submission reviews and insights from wins and losses.
• Ensure consistency and scalability in both US and UK markets.
• Enhance Kooth's capabilities in identifying and accessing funding pathways.
• Monitor and evaluate federal, state, and local funding opportunities, including grants and alternative funding streams.
• Keep track of legislative and policy developments to foresee market opportunities.
• Provide clear and actionable insights to Commercial Leadership regarding funding access and associated risks.
• Establish systematic processes for tracking, prioritization, and coordinated responses.
• Ensure alignment between funding strategy, service design, and commercial approach.
• Collaborate with Commercial Leadership on go/no-go decisions and bid strategies.
• Align funding requirements with service model design and commercial viability.
• Convert external funding dynamics into clear internal priorities and actionable steps.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from award to contract execution.
• Lead internal coordination from the notice of award through the contracting phase.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments to ensure contracts are timely, accurate, and commercially aligned.
• Track key requirements, deliverables, and dependencies to maintain progress.
• Enable an effective handoff to implementation and account management teams.
• Drive clarity and accountability in complex, high-stakes projects.
• Act as the primary coordination point across Clinical, Legal, Finance, Product, Service Operations, and Account Management functions.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent submissions.
• Ensure high-quality outputs under pressure while maintaining a positive experience for candidates and partners.
• Extensive experience in leading public sector procurement, RFPs, or grant funding processes.
• Strong understanding of government funding and policy environments (US and/or UK).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional submissions under tight deadlines.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or public sector environments.
• Exceptional skills in project management, writing, and coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to handle multiple high-priority workstreams.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
