This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee a team of remote game scouts tasked with identifying new high-potential game studios for publishing opportunities.
• Conduct research, initiate outreach, engage in discussions, and hold meetings with studios globally.
• Negotiate deals that utilize our extensive network of partners to generate revenue from various channels.
• Coordinate and lead data-informed publishing strategies to guarantee the commercial success of partnered games, consolidating insights from a diverse array of partners.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in global game publishing.
• Strong understanding of current gaming market trends, especially successful indie games.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to proactively advance initiatives and deliverables while addressing challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• A passion for data-driven decision-making and the capability to analyze and apply data to develop strategic frameworks that facilitate go-to-market execution and operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
• A personal enthusiasm for gaming.
