📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between franchise clinics and leadership, as well as AFC Corporate RCM Operations.

• Collaborate with franchise owners and clinic leadership to identify, analyze, and address RCM-related challenges.

• Share and evaluate monthly RCM performance metrics with franchise clinic owners, pinpointing trends, risks, and areas for enhancement.

• Assist in the transition and implementation of franchise clinics onto AFC’s corporate RCM platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding and adoption experience.

• Work alongside corporate RCM operations leaders to devise solutions, enhance workflows, and drive performance improvements.

• Provide guidance, best practices, and education to franchise clinics regarding revenue cycle processes and performance.

• Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or similar) is preferred.

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management settings.

• Proven experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations, franchises, or physician practice management organizations is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, collections, payer relations, and denial management.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze RCM performance metrics and convert data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate with franchise owners and senior leaders.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient with RCM systems, practice management platforms, and reporting tools.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
