Director of FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for the designated area.

• Lead the evaluation and prioritization of investments within assigned sectors.

• Recognize risks and opportunities, actively driving their resolution.

• Collaborate with the VP of FP&A on liquidity forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with covenants.

• Establish KPIs and the reporting framework for the area.

• Manage the EBITDA expansion tracker, enhancing its precision, efficiency, and analytical depth.

• Work closely with business leaders, challenging assumptions, shaping decisions, and fostering accountability for outcomes.

• Oversee board and sponsor reporting for the area.

• Implement financial tools, automation, and process enhancements.

• Cultivate the skills of managers and analysts, elevating the level of analytical rigor and communication.

• Manage planning infrastructure, reporting standards, and the quality of financial data.

• Propel cross-functional execution throughout the organization to achieve financial objectives.

• Promote the integration of AI-enabled planning, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

• Convert company goals into actionable operating plans and quantifiable financial targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field.

• Ten to fifteen years of finance experience, including several years in FP&A leadership, with prior team management and exposure to board or sponsor environments.

• Advanced expertise in Excel.

• Familiarity with EPM and BI platforms.

• MBA or CPA designation preferred.

• Experience in a private equity-backed organization.

• Background in home care or multi-site healthcare services.

• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning.

• Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity, reporting, or analytical tools.
