Director of FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture the FP&A team

• Collaborate with GTM, Product & Engineering, and various functional leaders to create investment proposals

• Co-create materials for the board and CFO/CEO

• Oversee Paddle's comprehensive planning process

• Take ownership of and enhance the Pigment platform

• Lead the Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review cadences

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive FP&A leadership experience in a fast-growing marketplace, SaaS, or technology company

• Proven ability to build or revamp an FP&A function to focus on driving business impact

• A confident business partner capable of engaging with all levels — from C-suite executives to VPs and functional directors

• A systems-oriented thinker optimized for recurring processes

• Proficient in the effective use and ongoing development of modern planning platforms (Pigment preferred)

• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical expertise

• Experience leading a complete annual planning cycle from start to finish, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and board reporting
