This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, SaaS reporting, and decision-making support.
• Manage the organization’s financial model, budget, and ongoing forecast.
• Align top-down targets with bottom-up assumptions.
• Clarify forecast adjustments, risks, and sensitivities.
• Take ownership of and enhance SaaS KPIs such as CARR/ARR/MRR, GRR/NRR, churn, and CAC.
• Conduct cohort, funnel, and unit-economics analysis.
• Ensure that metric definitions are consistent, credible, and actionable.
• Prepare executive and Board materials on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Distill complex analyses into clear summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Assist with investor reporting and strategic planning initiatives.
• Support GTM planning, sales capacity modeling, and deal economics.
• Assess pricing, discounting, and investment tradeoffs.
• Provide a financial viewpoint on growth initiatives and operational decisions.
• Guide and educate business talent through logical and methodical decision-making processes.
• Establish standards for analytical rigor, communication, and sound judgment.
• Enhance planning processes, tools, and cadence as the organization expands.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO, executive team, and accounting leadership.
• Minimum of 6 years in FP&A or strategic finance within a SaaS or SaaS-related company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Proven track record of developing models and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Sheets.
• Comfortable navigating through imperfect data.
• Strong knowledge of finance principles and the ability to identify excellence in the field.
• Full-time investment banking analyst or associate training is preferred.
• Experience in a VC-backed, high-growth company is preferred.
• Background in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Required to answer work authorization and sponsorship questions.
