This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the forecasting strategy for clinical capacity by converting Marketing and Partnerships demand projections into BCBA headcount.
• Direct workforce planning and staffing models to guarantee the appropriate clinician capacity is available for assessments, client pairing, and ongoing service delivery.
• Supervise Forecasting and Scheduling Analysts tasked with assessment scheduling and BCBA-to-client matching, ensuring coverage, efficiency, and effective operational execution.
• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Partnerships, Clinical, and Operations leaders to synchronize demand forecasts, capacity plans, and scheduling priorities with growth objectives.
• Develop reporting, processes, and planning rigor to enhance forecast accuracy, optimize utilization, and proactively address capacity risks, gaps, and scaling requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Over 6 years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, operations analytics, or a similar role; 2+ years of people leadership preferred. Director-level WFM and provider-capacity positions typically require significant experience, often 5–10+ years, including leadership.
• Extensive experience in constructing forecasting models, staffing plans, and schedules based on historical trends, productivity assumptions, and anticipated demand.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data, identify influencing factors, and convert analysis into operational recommendations. Comparable analyst and manager roles emphasize quantitative analysis, trend interpretation, and actionable suggestions.
• Experience in capacity planning, utilization analysis, coverage modeling, and schedule optimization.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI/reporting tools and planning systems is strongly preferred. Comparable roles often mention Excel, SQL, WFM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management skills and the capability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the aptitude to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, contact centers, client operations, or other service delivery environments with fluctuating demand is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to balance business performance with client experience and clinician satisfaction.
