
Director of Financial Planning β Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full ownership of all sales and financial analytics, reporting, and regularly collaborate with leadership, Achieve Partners, and debt providers to ensure financial reporting is precise and timely, with all operational decisions grounded in financial analysis.
β’ Lead the annual budgeting process, long-term strategic planning, and monthly as well as intra-month rolling forecasting activities for the company.
β’ Develop, sustain, and continually enhance comprehensive financial models to assess business performance, evaluate M&A opportunities, and generate product-level reports.
β’ Create clear and insightful executive dashboards and board presentations that showcase key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
β’ Work closely with department heads to manage operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and expand a high-performing FP&A team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and data-informed decision-making.
β’ Lead the implementation and optimization of financial planning systems (e.g., Netsuite integrations) to enhance reporting workflows.
β’ Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights regarding sales activities and performance.
