This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Create Excel models to evaluate product-level profitability and trends.
• Construct models to assess NPV and ROI for current product lines and potential new business ventures.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process; analyze current year outcomes, including financial and operational metrics.
• Design and implement a process to assess budget and previous year variances; provide management with evaluations of opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Conduct balance sheet evaluations by line of business.
• Investigate potential acquisition prospects, including a thorough examination of financial statements.
• Analyze and report on gross and operating margin trends by therapy, taking into account variations in payer mix.
• Direct integration efforts for acquired companies following acquisitions.
• Develop and execute reports on working capital and capital expenditure efficiency.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
• Exemplify “leadership by example” by maintaining a positive attitude and participating in employee activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline is required (e.g., Finance, Economics, or Accounting).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is necessary.
• Experience in budgeting, income statement analysis, and forecasting is essential.
• M&A experience is advantageous.
• Preferred background in healthcare.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory.
• Experience with PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.
• Required experience in building complex models and data mining using Excel.
• Strong systems orientation is preferred.
• A robust work ethic with a keen attention to detail and quality is essential.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direct supervision is required.
