This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of all monthly financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance for both Givzey and Version2.ai.
• Develop, enhance, and present financial forecasting models that influence leadership decisions.
• Provide clear and actionable financial performance reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Oversee accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and vendor onboarding processes.
• Maintain cap tables and manage 409A valuations.
• Ensure complete compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Handle commission reporting for leadership and sales teams.
• Collaborate with legal and accounting teams on audits, contracts, and compliance.
• Assess and enhance software license agreements and insurance coverage.
• 3–5 years of finance experience, preferably in a SaaS startup (bonus if you have nonprofit experience).
• Demonstrated success in forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting at the board level.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable handling a fast-paced to-do list.
• Outstanding communication skills — you can transform complex numbers into an engaging narrative.
