This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Oversee the daily financial operations of a $15M, multi-location organization.
• Implement and uphold internal controls to guarantee adherence to financial policies.
• Supervise the effective utilization of financial systems and their integration across the organization.
• Create budget forecasts and perform budget scenario analysis.
• Administer the yearly financial audit along with all necessary state and federal reporting.
• Generate monthly financial statements, including comparisons of budget versus actuals, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with the COFO to manage the annual budget planning process.
• A Bachelor’s degree and valid work authorization are mandatory.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in finance management and leadership are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to promote continuous improvement.
