This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the organization's comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Direct the annual planning process, encompassing headcount modeling, revenue predictions, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and sustain financial models that aid in hiring, growth, and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate extensively with leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Assist leadership in assessing investment trade-offs related to headcount, tools, and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance visibility into business performance via reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strengthen the financial operational rhythm and maintain consistency in reporting throughout the organization.
• Establish and facilitate monthly business reviews.
• Reinforce oversight of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and expense management.
• Collaborate with external accounting and finance partners to guarantee dependable financial operations.
• Develop scalable processes, controls, and systems that accommodate future growth.
• Assist in modeling equity grants and planning for compensation processes.
• Serve as a financial partner to go-to-market leadership regarding pricing, forecasting, and growth strategies.
• Evaluate commission plans and incentive structures across Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Enhance financial transparency concerning customer acquisition, retention, and expansion performance.
• Support modeling for strategic partnerships and expansions.
• Collaborate with leadership on board reporting and investor documentation.
• Elevate financial storytelling and reporting for executive-level audiences.
• Aid in preparations for future fundraising efforts and long-term capital planning.
• Build trust with external stakeholders including investors, auditors, and banking partners.
• Minimum of 6 years in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance positions; experience in investment banking or private equity is advantageous.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or investor-backed startup settings.
• Familiarity with fundraising and financial planning methodologies.
• Strong capabilities in FP&A, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of developing scalable processes and functioning effectively in uncertain environments.
• Strong partnership approach across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Ability to assess pricing, go-to-market investments, and compensation or commission frameworks.
• Comfortable engaging at both strategic and operational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial insights to leadership teams and boards.
• High attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with headcount planning, compensation planning, equity modeling, or board reporting.
• Experience in healthcare, payments, or recurring revenue business models is a plus.
