This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the field marketing strategy to enhance pipeline generation and accelerate growth across targeted industries and segments.
• Oversee programmatic regional events associated with ABM playbooks, which include target-account dinners, regional roundtables, partner-enabled events, and corporate hospitality.
• Enhance brand visibility and generate leads through on-site activations and support for the sales team.
• Bring the brand's personality to life at in-person events.
• Analyze, monitor, and report on event ROI and MQL metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing creative team to develop collateral and strengthen brand presence.
• Partner with Strategic Alliance collaborators to create joint demand initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, partner event programs, and collaborative ABM strategies.
• Lead a small, experienced team and optimize existing field programs.
• Enhance alignment with Sales, Demand Generation, and Alliance Partners.
• Establish a data-driven approach to measure program influence and ROI.
• Over 10 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B SaaS context.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional field/ABM programs that have a measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions with regional/global sales, demand generation, and customer success teams.
• Experience in partnership marketing, including co-marketing, joint campaigns, partner events, and ecosystem engagement.
• Proficient in defining KPI frameworks, tracking performance, and refining programs based on outcomes.
• Excellent skills in communication, planning, and operations.
• Capable of establishing processes, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and driving programs from inception to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, innovative thinker with an outside-the-box approach.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Metric-driven with the ability to extract insights from complex marketing data.
• Capable of standing for up to eight hours a day, working extended hours, and traveling frequently.
• Comfortable traveling to events both nationally and internationally.
• Proficient in macOS.
• Comfortable working remotely using Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Experience in managing remote/distributed teams is a plus.
