Director of Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Direct field operations for all ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, safety, and quality benchmarks.

• Supervise superintendents, field personnel, and subcontractor activities.

• Develop and uphold standards for field operations, quality assurance/control processes, and safety measures.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Director and project management to ensure budget alignment and performance objectives.

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and resource distribution efforts.

• Engage with clients, leadership teams, and key stakeholders.

• Address and resolve escalated issues related to project and field execution.

• Establish and apply standardized reporting procedures, key performance indicators, and operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years in the construction industry with extensive field leadership experience.

• Strong preference for experience in data center or mission-critical settings.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and operational execution abilities.
