Director of Field Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of field operations across all ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Supervise superintendents, field personnel, and subcontractor activities.

• Develop and uphold field operation standards, quality assurance/quality control processes, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Director and project leadership to ensure alignment on budget and performance metrics.

• Manage workforce planning, staffing requirements, and resource distribution.

• Engage with clients, organizational leadership, and key stakeholders.

• Address and resolve escalated issues related to project and field execution.

• Apply standardized reporting, key performance indicators, and operational procedures.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in field leadership.

• Significant experience in data center or mission-critical environments is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
