This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Manages the performance, dependability, and lifecycle administration of customer facilities, infrastructure, and physical assets to ensure they meet contractual commitments, operational objectives, and business goals.
• Offers strategic direction for facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring investments contribute to long-term asset viability, operational effectiveness, and favorable customer outcomes.
• Assesses and interprets facility and asset performance metrics, operational expenses, maintenance costs, and financial outcomes to pinpoint trends, risks, and areas for enhancement.
• Directs annual planning efforts related to facility operations, capital projects, resource distribution, and long-term asset management strategies across various customer locations.
• Develops governance, standards, and best practices for asset management, facility operations, maintenance scheduling, and performance reporting throughout the portfolio.
• Acts as a senior consultant to Asset Managers and customers regarding intricate operational challenges, facility-related risks, capital investment priorities, and asset optimization strategies.
• Collaborates with customers, vendors, and internal collaborators to ensure that facilities, infrastructure, and essential systems function safely, effectively, and in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Evaluates and endorses asset management and facility operations strategies aimed at enhancing profitability, increasing asset reliability, prolonging asset life cycles, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Four years of directly related experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is required, including three years of leadership experience in asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), energy infrastructure, property operations, or a similar operational setting.
• Committed to delivering services and enhancing safety in the workplace, with the knowledge and capability to enforce safety regulations within the department.
• Must possess knowledge of facilities and asset management methodologies.
• Ability to identify and create additional business growth opportunities through effective customer management.
• Proficient in managing profits and losses, along with reporting on quarterly and monthly forecasts.
• Capable of developing a dependable financial forecast.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and ready to engage in various ongoing projects within a dynamic environment.
• Knowledgeable about the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Competent in multitasking and willing to undertake responsibilities outside the usual scope of work when required.
