This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages the performance, reliability, and lifecycle of customer facilities, infrastructure, and physical assets to ensure they align with contractual commitments, operational goals, and business objectives.
• Provides strategic guidance for facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring that investments promote long-term asset performance, operational efficiency, and positive customer outcomes.
• Analyzes facility and asset performance metrics, operating expenses, maintenance costs, and financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Oversees annual planning activities for facility operations, capital projects, resource distribution, and long-term asset management strategies across various customer locations.
• Establishes governance, standards, and best practices for asset management, facility operations, maintenance planning, and performance reporting throughout the portfolio.
• Acts as a senior advisor to Asset Managers and clients on complex operational challenges, facility-related risks, capital investment priorities, and asset optimization strategies.
• Collaborates with customers, vendors, and internal parties to ensure that facilities, infrastructure, and essential systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Reviews and endorses asset management and facility operations strategies aimed at enhancing profitability, increasing asset reliability, extending asset life cycles, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Four years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• At least seven years of pertinent experience is required, including three years in a leadership role within asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), energy infrastructure, property operations, or a similar operational setting.
• Committed to delivering services and promoting safety at work, with the knowledge and capability to enforce safety protocols within the department.
• Must possess knowledge of facilities and asset management practices.
• Capable of generating additional business growth opportunities through effective customer management.
• Proficient in managing profit and losses and reporting on quarterly and monthly forecasts.
• Skilled in creating reliable financial projections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and eager to tackle various ongoing projects in a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledgeable about the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Capable of multitasking and willing to take on responsibilities outside the standard scope of work when necessary.
