This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages the performance, reliability, and lifecycle oversight of customer facilities, infrastructure, and physical assets to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, operational goals, and business objectives.
• Offers strategic guidance on facility maintenance, repair, and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring investments bolster long-term asset performance, operational efficiency, and customer results.
• Evaluates and interprets facility and asset performance metrics, operating expenses, maintenance costs, and financial outcomes to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Directs annual planning efforts regarding facility operations, capital projects, resource distribution, and long-range asset management strategies across various customer locations.
• Develops governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for asset management, facility operations, maintenance planning, and performance reporting throughout the portfolio.
• Acts as a senior consultant to Asset Managers and clients on intricate operational challenges, facility-related risks, capital investment priorities, and asset optimization strategies.
• Collaborates with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that facilities, infrastructure, and essential systems operate safely, efficiently, and adhere to contractual and regulatory standards.
• Reviews and endorses asset management and facility operations strategies aimed at enhancing profitability, increasing asset reliability, prolonging asset lifecycles, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Four years of pertinent experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is required, with at least three years in a leadership role within asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), energy infrastructure, property operations, or a comparable operational setting.
• Committed to delivering services and fostering safety on the job, with the knowledge and capability to enforce safety protocols within the department.
• Must possess expertise in facilities and asset management practices.
• Ability to generate additional business growth opportunities through effective customer management.
• Proficient in managing profits and losses as well as reporting on quarterly and monthly forecasts.
• Capable of developing a reliable financial forecast.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to address various ongoing projects in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledgeable about the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform duties outside the primary job scope when necessary.
