This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Manages the performance, reliability, and lifecycle of customer facilities, infrastructure, and physical assets to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, operational goals, and business objectives.
• Provides high-level oversight for facility maintenance, repair, and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring that investments enhance long-term asset performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyzes and reviews performance metrics, operating expenses, maintenance costs, and financial outcomes related to facilities and assets to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for enhancement.
• Directs annual planning processes for facility operations, capital projects, resource distribution, and strategic asset management across various customer locations.
• Develops governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for asset management, facility operations, maintenance scheduling, and performance reporting throughout the portfolio.
• Acts as a senior consultant to Asset Managers and clients on intricate operational challenges, facility-related risks, priorities for capital investment, and initiatives for asset optimization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least seven years of relevant experience is required, including a minimum of three years in a leadership role within asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), energy infrastructure, property management, or a similar operational setting.
• Familiarity with facilities and asset management practices.
• Capacity to generate additional business growth opportunities through effective customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in managing profit and loss, along with reporting on quarterly and monthly financial projections.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and prepared to engage in multiple ongoing projects in a dynamic environment.
