This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of yearly strategic planning, contract deliverables execution, and budget oversight for Keeper’s F1 partnership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and measurable return on investment.
• Direct cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to create innovative and impactful activations.
• Establish key performance indicators, monitor performance across all activations, and provide comprehensive post-event reporting and analysis.
• Act as the sole point of contact for all F1-related assets, managing partner relationships, interactions with drivers and senior personnel, and brand representation, including standard operating procedures and annual updates of assets.
• Oversee the complete activation planning and execution process, including VIP hospitality, on-site operations, and high-impact experiential programs across global markets.
• Work jointly with PR, social media, and marketing teams to craft integrated narratives that enhance Keeper’s brand visibility, fan engagement, and business impact.
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures, partnership documentation, event planning, and editorial calendars to ensure organized and scalable execution.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate budgets, and track sponsor deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sponsorship developments to identify new opportunities and continuously enhance strategy.
• Over 7 years of experience in managing and planning large-scale global sports activations.
• Demonstrated success in managing extensive sports sponsorships, including full contract lifecycle and ownership of deliverables.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence executives, and collaborate across departments to achieve remarkable results.
• Strong relationship management capabilities, with a track record of effectively managing partner personnel, including drivers and senior team members.
• Experience in setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and utilizing insights to enhance partnership programs.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives across different global time zones.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of representing Keeper professionally to partners and VIP stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach and a passion for innovative, elevated activation ideas.
• Enthusiasm for technology and global F1 sports culture.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25 - 30% of the time, including weekends.
