Director of Enrollment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit, oversee, and nurture a team of Enrollment Specialists, developing a replicable onboarding ramp-up guide and coaching protocols.

• Manage the enrollment process from start to finish in collaboration with clinical and market leaders, optimizing it based on performance metrics.

• Construct and sustain the team’s Salesforce system, integrating enrollment into new patient procedures.

• Define and monitor KPIs through dashboards that provide leadership insights into team and funnel performance.

• Execute coaching and quality assurance through call evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and continuous training.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Market Operations teams to align on patient acquisition and market expansion objectives.

• Expand enrollment operations across various markets with documented and standardized systems and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in sales, enrollment, or patient engagement/access with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing outreach and conversion goals.

• Preferably holds experience in healthcare, health technology, or patient-facing services.

• Knowledge of care navigation or working with complex patient groups is advantageous.

• Direct experience in managing individual contributor teams within a high-volume, metrics-oriented setting.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce administration.

• Familiarity with workflow design and reporting is required.

• Capability to develop and refine scalable processes and systems from inception.

• Proficient in analyzing call metrics and funnel data, testing solutions, and facilitating operational changes.

• Demonstrates empathetic, accountable leadership with strong follow-through.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.

• Driven by a passion for enhancing the experience of individuals dealing with a cancer diagnosis.
