• Oversee a team of more than 20 engineers while facilitating their growth over time.

• Work in close collaboration with product, design, and engineering leadership.

• An enthusiastic self-starter with a strong inclination towards action and accountability.

• Proficient in collaborating across different time zones and cultures in a completely remote setting.

• Experienced in mentoring and supporting other engineers, leading initiatives, or managing small teams.

• Proven ability to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and enhance team performance.

• Highly customer-focused, consistently making decisions and technical choices based on user needs.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems principles, including scalability and fault tolerance.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, utilizing AI-powered technologies, and ideally possessing practical experience.
