Director of Donor Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at enhancing the SIR Foundation endowment.

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals.

• Direct fundraising initiatives, cultivation efforts, and special events.

• Create customized donor engagement and solicitation strategies.

• Monitor fundraising performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.

• Administer the DonorPerfect CRM system.

• Develop and execute comprehensive stewardship strategies for individual donors.

• Supervise the SIR Foundation Gala Committee's operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in development program management.

• At least five years of experience in a management role.

• Proven expertise in major gift campaigns and corporate philanthropy.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and membership management databases.

• Capability to lead and inspire a team in a collaborative environment.

• Skills in budget preparation, assessment, analysis, and presentation are essential.
