This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that encompasses paid digital, account-based marketing (ABM), content syndication, email, and social media to generate a reliable pipeline.
• Lead and mentor a high-achieving team of three, including roles in Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Event Management, ensuring synergy between digital demand and field execution.
• Enhance account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives by utilizing 6sense or similar intent data to engage key accounts through AI-driven personalization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to establish Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria, develop lead scoring systems, and create attribution models that connect marketing efforts to revenue generation.
• Take charge of the digital advertising budget and strategy, focusing on optimizing paid search and social media for pipeline contributions instead of superficial metrics.
• Implement AI tools and workflows to expedite content creation, automate campaign optimization, and enhance targeting efficiency.
• Create a consistent reporting schedule for senior leadership, leveraging Salesforce and attribution data to convert campaign results into strategic insights.
• Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns that effectively link digital touchpoints with both virtual and in-person events.
• Over 10 years of B2B demand generation experience, including more than 3 years in a senior leadership position with responsibility for pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Proven success in accelerating revenue growth at organizations with an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of over $100 million.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-segment B2B technology marketing, particularly targeting Enterprise, Government, or Financial Services clients.
• Expert proficiency in Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for optimizing marketing operations and achieving scalability in personalization.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of constructing and interpreting complex attribution and funnel models.
• Leadership style characterized by high agency, second-order thinking, and a rigorous approach to prioritization.
• Experience in marketing to government agencies or clients within the intelligence community.
• Background in risk intelligence, RegTech, or compliance in financial crime sectors.
• Understanding of government procurement processes and strategies for demand generation in state, local, and federal agencies.
