This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creative development and visual implementation of enterprise marketing, branding, and communication projects.
• Generate innovative creative ideas that effectively convey complex healthcare and technology solutions.
• Uphold and enhance high standards of creative excellence across all deliverables.
• Offer creative direction and constructive criticism to team members.
• Manage and enhance Cotiviti’s visual identity across both internal and external platforms.
• Convert enterprise messaging into engaging visual narratives.
• Create creative systems, templates, and design standards for consistency and scalability.
• Design and art direct integrated campaigns encompassing digital, web, social media, events, executive communications, sales support, presentations, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with copywriters, content strategists, digital teams, Marketing, Product, Sales, Communications, HR, and other business partners.
• Produce executive presentations, strategic communications, and high-profile projects.
• Present creative concepts and justifications to stakeholders while incorporating their feedback.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and inspire designers and other members of the creative team.
• Establish best practices, design standards, and creative workflows.
• Conduct design reviews and critiques.
• Partner with the Senior Director, Creative on talent development, performance management, succession planning, and team expansion.
• Recruit, nurture, lead, and retain creative talent.
• Complete special projects and additional assigned tasks.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or art direction.
• Experience spearheading enterprise creative initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing design teams.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, typography, digital design, and integrated campaign creation.
• Ability to translate business strategy into compelling creative outcomes.
• Strong grasp of branding, visual identity systems, marketing communications, and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other industry-standard creative tools.
• Ability to present creative work and collaborate directly with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of brand systems, design thinking, and visual communication principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading creative initiatives within healthcare, technology, SaaS, or other complex B2B sectors is preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic thought with hands-on execution.
• High level of emotional intelligence, judgment, and creative leadership maturity.
• Capacity to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear creative guidance.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail while juggling strategic and executional tasks.
