• Oversee the pipeline from start to finish: managing qualified leads through both inbound and outbound channels, from initial contact to the sales handoff.
• Manage paid advertising across Google Ads and LinkedIn, ensuring full budget accountability with a focus on effective conversion.
• Optimize organic search and SEO to enhance Meeting Tomorrow’s content and website appeal to Google, ensuring ranking for relevant buyer keywords.
• Expand Meeting Tomorrow’s visibility in AI-driven search and recommendation settings.
• Create and oversee agentic workflows to automate processes, enhancing campaign efficiency and reducing time to pipeline.
• Monitor demand generation KPIs including CPL, MQL volume and quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, pipeline contributions, and CAC, with regular updates to leadership.
• Take full responsibility for budget allocation decisions related to demand generation, keeping the VP of Marketing informed.
• Develop and implement the demand generation roadmap in alignment with revenue goals and Sales priorities.
• Lead the SEO strategy and implementation, focusing on keyword targeting, on-page optimization, content signals, and technical SEO in collaboration with the web team.
• Oversee paid media campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, managing campaign structure, targeting, creative testing, and budget distribution.
• Enhance Meeting Tomorrow’s presence in AI-driven search environments (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) through GEO strategies.
• Design and refine agentic workflows that automate scalable marketing tasks, from lead scoring to outreach sequencing.
• Conduct A/B testing and comparative analysis across channels to consistently enhance performance.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on lead handoff processes, pipeline review schedules, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance of all outbound programs with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.
• Demonstrated SEO expertise: proven ability to enhance website rankings with tangible results, encompassing both technical and content aspects of SEO.
• Practical experience in developing AI agents or agentic workflows: not just theoretical knowledge, but actual experience in building at least one agent that automated a real process.
• Documented success in driving digital lead growth linked to revenue: capable of identifying optimized channels and illustrating their impact on the business.
• Strong data proficiency: adept at managing your metrics, performing your own analyses, and effectively communicating your pipeline narrative to leadership without excessive caveats.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and marketing automation or CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
