This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership and expedite the omnichannel demand strategy across paid media, organic channels, community engagement, events, field marketing, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Generate new qualified enterprise pipeline targeted at ICP accounts.
• Enhance the architecture of campaigns, segmentation, and targeting accuracy.
• Implement high-impact growth initiatives relevant to the Salesforce DevOps and developer ecosystem.
• Boost conversion rates from campaigns to opportunities while improving channel efficiency.
• Set clear performance benchmarks, maintain rigorous reporting, and ensure pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align on target accounts and revenue objectives.
• Guide and mentor the demand team towards innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
• 7–12+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
• A proven history of accelerating enterprise pipeline growth.
• Experience in marketing to technical audiences such as developers, architects, DevOps professionals, and IT leaders.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Preferred experience in DevOps, developer tooling, or technical SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success in executing integrated, omnichannel marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on clear attribution.
