Director of Demand Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our sales and agency teams to offer strategic support and advisory services to clients.

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of programs that align with their go-to-market strategies.

• Develop and execute demand marketing and growth strategies for prominent global B2B brands.

• Serve as a creative problem solver, working together to create high-performing demand-generation and performance marketing solutions.

• Establish and track key metrics to assess program performance, providing real-time optimization for ongoing campaigns.

• Support clients in achieving their demand generation and performance marketing goals.

• Accelerate pipeline growth and aid them in reaching their revenue targets by leveraging DemandFactor's products and solutions.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.

• Strong educational background that supports your professional expertise.

• Exceptional skills in writing and editing.

• Outstanding communication abilities to articulate demand marketing technologies.

• Deep understanding of B2B demand, data, and the martech stack.

• Proven project management capabilities for managing time-sensitive projects.

• Demonstrated success in delivering engaging and impactful presentations directly to clients.

• Experience in an agency setting or proven collaboration with agencies is a plus.
