Director of Delivery Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivery, governance, and successful execution across a range of cloud, data, infrastructure, application development, and AI projects.

• Personally oversee one or two strategic initiatives.

• Manage the health and financial performance of the portfolio, which includes risk management, budgeting, margin control, forecasting, utilization, and change management.

• Lead teams and strategic client interactions to achieve measurable business results.

• Act as the executive delivery sponsor for key accounts and serve as the escalation point for client executives.

• Collaborate with Google Cloud account teams and partner engineering for joint delivery and growth.

• Recruit, coach, manage performance, and cultivate the delivery management team.

• Direct global staffing, resource planning, and engagement leadership across the US, EMEA, and LATAM regions.

• Own and enhance Zencore’s delivery model, methodology, governance, estimation processes, tooling, quality standards, and AI-driven practices.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop scalable delivery processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience leading complex technology initiatives.

• More than 5 years in professional services or systems integration.

• Extensive experience in delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements.

• Proven ability in managing migrations, building data platforms, and implementing AI programs.

• Strong capacity to effectively engage with architects and client CTOs.

• Demonstrated ownership of portfolio performance, including margin, forecasting accuracy, utilization, and client satisfaction.

• Experience in people management, including the hiring and development of client-facing delivery leaders.

• Pre-sales experience in shaping solutions, presenting delivery strategies, and drafting SOWs and change orders.

• Executive presence when interacting with client sponsors and engineers.

• Experience in leading remote, geographically diverse teams.

• Google Cloud experience is preferred.

• Google Cloud certification, such as Professional Cloud Architect, is preferred.
