• Experience leading customer success, implementation, consulting, or business transformation projects.
• Directly engaged with business owners or executive stakeholders.
• Assisted customers in achieving quantifiable operational or business advancements.
• Recognized patterns across customer experiences and converted them into significant business insights.
• Established strong cross-functional relationships to enhance customer results.
