Director of Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the daily functions of the creative team, which includes designers, writers, and multimedia specialists.

• Provides clear guidance, mentorship, and support to cultivate a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere.

• Develops and implements processes and workflows to guarantee efficient and effective project management.

• Conducts regular performance evaluations and offers constructive feedback to team members.

• Implements comprehensive creative strategies that align with the company's brand identity and business objectives.

• Collaborates closely with project managers to effectively allocate resources and prioritize projects based on business requirements.

• Ensures that all creative outputs adhere to quality standards and brand guidelines.

• Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

• Works with external vendors and agencies to maintain creative consistency and quality.

• Keeps abreast of creative industry trends through industry publications, research, and participation in internal and external activities, conferences, and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in a creative leadership position.

• Proven experience in brand management and the ability to lead and inspire teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, or a related discipline.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, multimedia production, and storytelling techniques.

• Proficient in creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and Workfront.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to think strategically and convert business objectives into creative solutions.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple high-visibility, high-urgency projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
